I like Froch in the ring, but unlike many, I also like him outside of the ring. His interviews are the best around and his subtle put downs are just too funny. Yeah he is mega cocky, but then are so many boxers, Froch at least is very tounge in cheek and does not take himself too seriously. I think many mistake his sense of humour for total arrogance.

When i say no skill i mean on the elite stage.

he kinda reminds me of mayorga, wild brawler with a granite chin.

in terms of skill, i dont rate him that highly. infact can you name 10 supermiddleweights less skilled than froch?

froch is one of my fave boxers but i still keep it real.

Got a gift against Dirrell, got a lucky KO over Jermaine Taylor.

Once Abraham beats him unconscious we'll never here from him agin.

How was it a lucky KO over Taylor? Froch was trying to KO him and he did. Hows that lucky?
The Ring and Boxing News both scored for Froch against Dirrell. Live with it and move on. Froch won

This is one of the dumbest posts I have ever seen. How is a former world champion who defended his belt three times as well as winning it against the current light heavyweight champion of the world only good for euro level?

If he was only good enough for euro level he would be at euro level dip ****.

The thing is with Froch he is one of the least hyped fighters around, it's well documented he's not the textbook boxer that some of the other fighters in his division are as well. But I challenge anyone to tell me a fight where Froch went in clear favourite, or even came out of a fight with people hailing him as the best 168'er about. When it comes down to it he's a Brit with a sense of humour that falls on deaf ears to most Americans and I believe that's why a lot of people dislike him. Take Marcos maidana for example, big punch, fan friendly style and not so great technically, he's not even a proven world champion yet he's rated as one of the best 140 fighters on the planet, he doesn't shout his mouth off out of the ring however so no one dislikes him. On the other hand froch is a proven world champion and Is under rated by the majority on here.

It's that fact that the guy has got skill that he's made it anywhere near the elite and is still competative even in defeat (Kessler) A boxer with no skills, sure may get a belt, but to stay around at the top level and not get totally destroyed, you need to have skills to be able to stick around.

How do "fans of boxing" not see that??
