lol some people on here are prolly 10 years old... anyways id vote Zab that speed along with his technique is crazy, pacman just fkn wings punches sometimes ya thye are fkn fast but id have to say ZAB over PAC just with the speed ok pac would prolly kill stupid Judah who can never seem to get his **** together
Good post. Its Pacs combos that people cant handle. I remember the second Cotto KD. That uppercut was the last punch in a 4 punch combo. Cotto was skilled enough to telegraph 2 or 3 but theres always another one from a wicked angle.
Agreed. I'm speaking about a younger Judah. I think he's slowed down a bit although he's still faster than most guys out there. The straight left and left uppercut he threw were blazing fast. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3JRZMfmfuIA[/ame] [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BrL6Aak7Z1c[/ame]
I think Zab is faster. I see what your saying but you have to realize that Zab stays in front of his opponent more than Pac. Pac darts in and out and creates more angles with lateral movement. I think that is why they don't see his punches coming. Obviously he is fast too, but I think Zab is slightly faster.
I dunno, ask David 'Too ****ing fast' Diaz. Every single opponent Pac has ever faced simply could not handle speed, and they themselves have fought fast fighters. DLH thought there was 10 Pac's in there and he's been in there with Whitaker, FMJ, Mosley. Diaz beat Judah twice in the ams but simply could not deal with Pac speed. Hatton's been in there with FMJ. Cotto been there with Judah and Mosley. I think its just a case of angles though. Experienced fighters can see textbook punches coming so can prepare for them, Pac throws from all angles so they dont notice and next thing they know its in their face, thus the perception its faster. Terms of overall speed, not sure, Judah tends to put all his speed per every punch, Pac throws fast but in bunches. Now and again you will see him throw a 1-2 and he throws that straight left with full speed, its fast!
Not only are Pac's hands blazing fast but he can also close a gap faster than any other fighter in the business, maybe in history.
Pacquiao's footspeed coupled with his ability to get off punches at any moment without setting himself is what overwhelms most of his opponents. But from the standpoint of "how fast does fist move to target" I'd say Judah is faster.
LOL. I ever heard that one before. Pacman knocking out bigger men, but he throws arm punches? Come on lol. I think Pacman is faster due to his awkwardness and balance.
