Well apart from one, but I'll get back to you on that one.

Great to see all the photos that you posted of you & most of the biggest names in scottish boxing all under one roof, I would have loved to have been in on that one! That pic of Billy Nelson in the middle flanked by Simpson, Burns etc? Probably the best scottish boxing pic I will ever see in my lifetime, & I applaud you for that.

Dont you realise the sacrafice I have had to make here all in the name of honesty? I pride myself on tellling it like it is, & as a result I couldnt 'do a hairy' & turn up at a gym & be welcomed with open arms. No way jose! My utter honesty makes me an outcast here when it comes to fitting in, but its how I roll. Brutal honesty. It makes me a hit here, people like me for telling it like it is.

The flipside of the coin though is that I upset the great & good of scottish boxing in the process, & cannot do photoshoots. Imagine me turning up after telling the world that Ricky Burns would have never beaten a prime Scott Harrison! Put it this way, a few days after I said that, a certain Billy Nelson went national on the BBC saying Burns has the potential to be better than... you guessed it, Scotty Harrison:yep

So you do your scottish boxing good guy, turning up at the gym & taking pics of Billy Nelson etc, & let me be the bad guy, telling it like it is, & skulking around in the background, reporting behind the scenes stuff like Billy Nelson appearing on the balcony at the Pavilion armed with Cornettos for his posse

Oh & PS Hairy, when someone wants to know how a scottish fighter is gonna go? Its the dunkster they will always look to first. Why? Cos Im still the man, I been here for a lifetime:smoke

 

i have been expecting that type of response on this thread for a few days dunky before you beat me too it im a newbie ive less posts than you have made in a day etc hairy highlander it was a great insight into a great run gym all the best to billy and all the fighters in the gym if only there were more gyms that gave you as much of an insight
