It looks like because of Manny's speed and short-arms, he can throw and land one punch with one had and before that punch is even pulled back the other hand is landing as well.

That was a good sparring session. Of course the guy is not at Manny's level. but you can see here Manny's ability to move around the opponents and hit them when they are not in good position. Manny is great at that. He also take punches very well
