Pacquiao already fought Marquez twice and beat him both times.

If they fight again, Pacquiao will KO Marquez.

lmfao..pac will drink jmm urine before he steps into the ring with JMM at 140...

JMM is the perfect style to counter manny...

pac wants no parts of jmm at 140..much harder fight for manny to take a w more so than antonio margarito...

Pac has already made arrangements for the November fight. After that he might indeed retire depending on how he like being in the congress. Regardless of Mayweather finding his balls.

I watched the fight with filipino commentators, and even they thought Marquez won.

Arrangements or not. He's going to gain NOTHING from fighting Margarito.

Styles make fights. JMM has also looked stronger since he moved up to LW. There is no reason to think that Pac will blow him out, especially if he is blood tested for PED's.

"Manny is a two-handed fighter now, he's so much improved since their first fight, he has faster foot speed with power in both hands, Marquez (after looking old against Barrera) hasn't really looked that great lately"

It wouldn't be a good fight at 140 and it is unreasonable to make Pacquiao go down any farther than 140. So no, this isn't much of a duck. What would beating Marquez at 140 prove? It wouldn't mean anything in my eyes...

I would watch the fight, I would be happy to pay both fighters to do it. However, that doesn't change the fact that it would be a very one sided showing...

Manny was a 2/1 favorite over Marquez and a 3/1 favorite over Morales (1st fight).

STFU with your one-sided BS. His next fight is against a cheating fraud who is banned in the US, coming off a brutal loss to Mosley and a BS slop-fight against a bum. seriously, STFU!

    This is a valid point...

Personally I think it is a terrible fight for Pac. I think Margarito could still be dangerous yet no matter what Pacquiao won't get credit for the win... Truth be told, no one wants to see Margarito in a big match...

So yeah, the Marquez fight at 140 wouldn't be great, but it would be a lot better than Margarito.

You seem awfully agitated. Maybe you need to take a nap? I am very sorry if an opposing view hurts your feelings, but that doesn't mean I am going to tip toe around the forums in order to make you feel comfortable.

Sure, at the lower weights Marquez and Morales were more than a match for Pacquiao. However, the modern Pacquiao is better and he has adjusted to the weight brilliantly. This is not the case for Marquez who hasn't looked nearly as good since moving up.

As for the Margarito comment, I don't like that fight. Never said I did. Doesn't mean I have to like the Marquez fight.

It is possible that your incredibly sensitive twelve year old girl feelings don't belong in a boxing forum. This is a place that is largely about discussing and arguing opposing views; if you can't handle that without flying off the handle it is possible that you don't belong here...
