Soooooooooooooo pleased for Gomi. He really really needed this. Tyson Griffin is one of the best guys at 155 in the UFC. Flawless victory.

This is actually a very solid win for Gomi. With that said, I dont think hes much of a factor at LW.

Seen it live..and when it happen I jumped out of my seat...my wife felt that I lost my mind. A great win for him....not sure where that will but him, but it puts him back on.

 

Very near the top of my MMA wish list is Diaz getting KTFO by Gomi in a rematch.

I know, I know - he won convincingly the first time (before it was overturned), and has a hell of a chin - but he's been in a lot of wars, and punch resistance is an exhaustible commodity. Punishment adds up. Gomi hits like a ****ing bazooka.

Diaz ate a ton of leather in that match. If Gomi never got tired his ass would have got knocked out. It only got over turned because as usual Diaz was on some tumbleweed.
