Alexander: "Khan Has Alot Of Flaws - He's Just A Solid Fighter Like The Rest Of Them"

Alexander will counter Amir all night long and not show him any respect. He will put Khan down around round 6. Khan will get hit by Alexander with clean and accurate shots he will become more reluctant to let his hands go as the fight wears on of fear of being countered.

 

He hasn't peaked the guy is only 24 the same age as Khan.:deal If anything he will continue to improve he has possibly the most underrated trainer in boxing in Cunningham in his corner.

 

Alexander has a better chin than Khan, but that about it. Khan's boxing skills/skill set is above anyone at 140, all Alexander can do to do to Khan in a fight is to KO him, he ant sure outboxing him and beating Khan on points no way.

In a way Paulie's akward style did not show off the best of Khan because of Paulie backward movement and footwork, fighter which comes forward or stands his ground or tries to head move in/ to slip shots will get smashed by Khan, his hand speed/reach will keep finding you.

 

don't be absurd man. Devon is going to successfully counter a fighter with greater height reach than him, faster handspeed, a better jab, and equally active footwork? He's a good boxer but he's not Floyd Mayweather... He is NOT going to outbox Khan. He's not as good of a boxer. He's going to be shooting for that KO with his uppercut if he has his smarts about him, khan's guard is weak up the middle and that is Alexander's best path to victory by far.

The hand speed is a push. Alexander uses his speed more effectively than Khan does by countering and beating guys to the punch while Khan mainly does it with his jab. I like Alexander's ring generalship better than Khan's and he's a better inside fighter as well. There is no reach advantage for Khan although he's taller. The chin issue can't be overlooked here but Khan fans act as if it shouldn't be a factor in the fight. Alexander will be the favorite going into this fight and for good reason, he's more complete.:deal

 

You're out of your mind if you don't think Alexander can outbox Khan. You act as if Khan is the second coming of Tommy Hearns or something.atsch The guy has manny flaws and they were apparent for the world to see in his fight with Paulie his offense is very predictable. Alexander fought the king of awkward styles in Witter and made him quit so quit making excuses. I think Alexander has the higher ring IQ and can beat Khan by UD just as well as he can win by KO.

If you mean Devon will continue to improve in small things such as not get tagged by the left hook yeah your right. However, the bigger picture is that everytime you see amir fight their is an improvement. Like the last fight his jab is the best at 140. You will continue to see things like this. Amir use to keep his hands down, now their up everytime. Amir still has a few flaws but roach is teachng him.
Devon is better then amir, but i am adament khan will become better.

Like i said bro devon is better right now. But keep watching amir khan fight. Amir used to beat fighters on his handspeed alone but he is learning how to utilize that speed. The fact he outboxed paulie says something, regardless of paulies ounch power.
