    Where's the training footage? I don't really buy into guys from his team hyping James up.

    I'm sure that he is in shape but is there anyone out there who isn't involved with James to critique his training yet?

    Only Dana but he is biased as anything else. Although searching youtube i came across this which shows james looking much slimmer than the first press conference.

    Thanks for the two videos. I want to see Toney spar for myself but he definitely doesn't look fat here. Now his cardio is something that I question.

    His own trainer who was teaching him basically said unless randy chooses to stand toe to toe with toney hes going to ground and pound him.

    One thing is for sure, james will never live down being groped and choked out if this thing goes to the ground. For his dignity's sake he needs to be going at this full pelt.

    Toney is a confident person who thinks highly off himself but even if he's facing a UFC legend at least he's fighting someone near his age.

    Lol. I don't think he has a double chin anymore too!
