LOL..Cotto will unleash a whoop ass on Chavez...even "Roach" knows this. So, dont expect to see this fight at all.

 

Montiel-Donaire would be the real treat of this card. Cotto-Chavez would be a glorified sparring session, with Cotto controlling every aspect of the bout and only getting hit by what JCC Jr has every now and then.

Cotto need for confidence this fight will serve well everyone that want Cotto to fight a big name already want Cotto to retire. Let him have a good confidence fight and Chavez Jr is the name. I prefer Chavez than his mandatory a Japanese with 5 loses.

not saying he'll win, but cotto will definately have problems with his size and power alone......and he seems to have a good chin too, so what's cotto gonna do, just bang the body and risk getting tagged with a hook over and over again

 

If chavez can bring consistent, varied pressure over 12 he can win. I'm not saying he will by any means, this fight is too much for him as he is, but he'd do better than a lot of people expect I think.

 

I need to see Chavez JR last 2 fights to say how badly he will be beaten. But based on past fight I seen from him I see him getting raped in 3.

I think Mexis and Ricans like to see Cotto vs Chavez Jr.

And of course Pinoys and Mexis (again) will have a nice treat with Donaire vs Montiel fight.

 

Id watch that fight but theres easily better opponants for Cotto.
