Meaning you just dip a piece of plastic embedded with certain reagents and it would give you positive or negative result, similar to pregnancy test.

Btw, if the article is truth it goes to prove he's not trying to exploit the situation. He just asked 4 ped's blood testing, not granted, no big issue... I haven't seen anything else besides that article in the "El Vocero" newspaper.
