Before last Saturdays card I would have liked it, but if Guerrero cant pull the trigger against a spent fighter like casa whats he going to do with the pressure from Kats? Maybe he will be forced to engage and it could be entertaining but imnot sure. To be honest Im surprised HBO are still so interesed in Guerrero after the casamayor fight. Im delighted Guerreros wife is better but I think HBO are more interested in that angle of Guerrero than his fighting skills

It's a ****ing joke really. Mosley was clearly beaten by Mayweather and lucky not to be stopped..... and Mora has only beaten an ancient Forrest before being whipped in the rematch.

It's another example of the tail wagging the dog, hopefully it fails as a PPV venture.

HBO really need to stop doing what GBP want them to do - it's really not good for anyone, the fans, the fighters that deserve the TV, other promoters etc.

Showtime are the biggest beneficiaries probably.

$500k for a BAD card would be a hell of a payday. I highly doubt it.

 

I just can't see him making that much. The show will probably be a double header and he isn't that well known for him to be making that amount of money. Guzman vs Funeka was a co-main event BAD fight and Guzman was originally intended to receive just $125k (which was less after he was fined).
