If Cloud easily beats Johnson, will it make Dawson look bad?

Nah... styles make fights mate. Dawson beat Johnson and thats all that really matters.

But we wont even need to consider this... nobody walks through Johnson. If Cloud does win it will be an 8-4 round decision or something

 

Cloud isnt slick or crafty like Dawson plus the layoff I actually pic Johnson cause Clouds gonna stay in the trenches like he did vs Mack and get confident and too comfortable in there and Johnson is gonna pounce

 

As mentioned a couple of posts ago, I believe enough people know well enough that styles make fights. Then again, maybe not. It SHOULDN'T make Dawson look bad. If Cloud beats Dawson, I'd say THAT will make him look bad, as I personally feel that Dawson is a bit overrated.

 

cloud is overrated..glen johnson will show that....his constant pressure from 1-12 will wear him down..johnson by late stoppage

 

If Cloud beats Johnson it defo would make Dawson take note...
But it won't change or take away anything from Chad.

 

Also I think it would just raise more questions about who would win a fight between cloud and dawson...

It shouldn't make Dawson look bad at all. When they compare Cloud's fight with Johnson to Dawson's they should compare it to the second fight, if they really should compare it at all. I don't feel like this is something to worry about because A) i don't believe Johnson has slipped far enough to be beaten 'easily' and B) so what if some people would say it makes Dawson look bad? It would only create more buzz for a Dawson-Cloud fight.

 

If Cloud did manage to beat Johnson easily, Does that make you think Cloud can beat Dawson?

 

Hell no styles make fights. Dawson doesn't put the type of pressure on people that Cloud looks to do. Dawson is trying to out box you and Cloud is trying to get you out.

 

Like Hopkins, except Hopkins actually will put you to sleep or dominate you, like he did against both Johnson and Tarver, when against Tarver he was old as hell.

Dawson put a performance so disapointing with both guys, he had to fight them twice.



Then he put on such an uninspiring performance the second time around, that nobody knows who the hell he is.
