Don king has had the touch of **** as far as putting together fights and getting fighters paid for about a decade now. He's the least likely "major" promoter to be able to get Mayweather $100 million for a fight.

 

lets not get carried away here its a sheet of paper with writting on it, Floyd could have done that on his own PC and posted the **** himself.....

 

I pointed that out early on but no one cared. Hell, I could have faxed it to him. There is nothing on there that makes it identifiable.

Floyd has it all except the heart and chin. You can never go down in the books on top without those two elements especially in the sport of boxing.
He is a spoiled guy who is all about himself. If you are a fan of Floyd you just never saw him fight all the incredible talent at or near they're prime. Same people who like Floyd are probably the type that love winning even if they cheated. it is just about the paper, the number and no substance. Floyd is like a house of cards. Without losing a fight his claim of greatest ever fell apart.

Especially when all of it except 250K is from actual boxing. The other very highest paid athletes make most of their money from endorsements.

 

One thing that's quite obvious for Floyd's fans is that for them making more money trumps up everything even for legacy and performance. As if they have stock investment on the guy that they eventually will share dividends.

Don't they realized that this is boxing in which you are measured by your toughness and courage and to face the challenge, win or lose. I know there's the business side of this, for me it's basically secondary.
