How long will this guy last coming strait at Wlad try'n to take him out as fast as he can? Wlad will be expecting this and will prob. take his head clean off with strait right hands. prob. wont last long this time. At least he has the balls to get in there with Wlad. can't say much for Haye, sep for he is a slack jawed ***gott that talks out his ass. It should be him in there take'n his ass beating like a man. eh?
This fight will be dull. Wlad went down 3 times last time, so he will be extra cautious. Nothing but jabs and holding. No right hands. Peter knows he can't win, so he is probably going to try to just not get hurt. BUt since he lacks skill, this means standing there covered up and getting jabbed. I suspect Peter will quit but not so much because he's hurt but out of frustration.
I have a different scenario in mind. I see Peter using his extraordinary slickness and mobility to work outside of the range of Wladimir's poor jabbing attempts and dart back inside where he shatters Wlad with short, crisp combinations. Wlad, will most likely stay on his feet though and Peter will win a very, very wide UD and become the heavyweight champion of the world. Following this, he will take a unification match with Shannon Briggs and then Valuev will face the winner, and destroy them.
He is one punch traveling half way around the world from winning KLITSCHKO'S title. That's about how far Peter's punches have to travel to land. Peter is a damn fool if he plans on doing anything short of completely reinventing himself for this. From what I've been able to tell, he's faded rather than improved since the first match.
Wlad will stop him this time. Wlad'll be more confident since he and his brother already beat Peter and Wlad has been with Manny a lil longer now. Peter will press the action, but Wlad will control him with the jab and counter him all night til it ends in the late rounds.
Sharp analysis, I'd go with this scenario as the most likely. Peter is a skilled boxer, has feline like foot work and can easily avoid Wlad's sloppy attempts at trying to use his long range weaponry. Easy UD12 for Sam Peter. I do not understand why Peter gets so much hate here on the board, he beat ATG James Toney not only once but twice. That makes Peter an ATG in his own right. He's the only currently active heavyweight next to Nicolai "Caxap" Valuev who was able to elevate himself to ATG status.
Peter KO Wlad this time without any problems. It will happen in rounds 1-4 depending how lucky Waldo is.
The thread's title is still on it's palce, Sam Peter is still a dead man walking after SNV embarass him with his lightning quick footwork.
