great promoter but he changed the sport from prizefighting to boxing because his boxers didnt get a prize.mid 90's middleweights where ****ed anally, terry norris being th eonly successfull one to sue.

don king might make an event but he is a hustler and a criminal, he will **** anybody over to get a tiny bit of paper. all to the tune of "your not a real black man if you dont sign with me", "america is the greatest place on earth" and the classic "you'll get loads of money with me" 3 things that tug at emotional heart strings of poor,black, americans.

DK certainly adds a great deal of interest during pre-fight build ups. I think he's good in small doses; i.e: just the biggest events.

 

I thought boxing fans are supposed to only care about fights, but people in this thread are bitching about Don King's character.
