    Think so yeah.
    Some or maybe even a lot in this world of hatorade will say he hasn't done enough but he'll get in. The impact he's had, his popularity and the thrills he's delivered added on to his actual accomplishments in the ring will put him over the top.
    I'd vote for him anyway.
