But here is what makes your argument totally void...When Shane Mosley went to Roach/Pacquiao's gym and asked (Begged Actually) for a fight with Manny Pacquia....Freddie Roach demanded that Mosley weigh-in at 142lbs or no more than 143lbs, And Mosley Agreed!!! But Roach still decided to fight Cotto for his "PAPER TITLE" instead of Mosley for his Lineal Title, saying: "WHY TAKE THE RISK?" Then Roach/Pacquiao signed the Cotto fight at a Catchweight of 145lbs and now fighting for a VACANT 154lbs Strap at another Catchweight.

So what two HALL OF FAMERS agreed to do (ONE TIME) "Back in the day" has no bearing on how Freddie Roach is ABUSING the system to make sure his fighter has an advantage.
