I checked sky yesterday and there was nothinfg. Just tell me! I refuse to exercise my fingers more than need be!
My heart says Pascal by KO, but my brain says that Dawson will keep his distance use his range and handspeed and get an 8-4 or 9-3 decision.
I can tell you one thing, Jean Pascal has been getting some very good sparring from Number 3 ranked Cruiserweight Troy Ross, who is also a south paw. Dawson is slick and fast, but I"m picking Pascal....the fight is in MOntreal too, so he has the hometown crowd advantage and the fans in Montreal are LOUD!
Im glad someone here knew what they were talking about :deal. The reason for starting this thread and picking Pascal all along was because of obvious facts. HBO & The Ring magazine fool people into believing alot of hype and rubbish and tend to focus on fighters they see alot of (understandably), but look at the facts, Dawson beat Tarver whos only real win was a KO of Jones after losing first time round to a poor looking Jones, Tarver then split 2 fights with G Johnson who has lost so many times, often closely, but they cant all be robberies. Yet Dawson gets credit for beating those 2 fighters who were both around 14/15 years older than him. Then the Adamek win gets alot of credit, yet Adamek wasnt a great LHW struggling twice with Briggs, but America was fooled when Adamek beat Cunningham due to 3 KDs, even though Cunningham was outboxing him for parts of the fight and Cunningham had been beaten by Wlodarcyzk in a close fight and only won the return in a close fight. Point is Dawson had never really faced a young prime world class fighter who wasnt weight drained etc Pascal had fought Froch and Diaconu twice who werent weight drained and were younger hungrier fighters, just not focused on by The Ring and HBO as much Still you heard it here first when I started the thread Pascal probably on points
Good job Bailey. It's a great feeling to pick the under dog, and then have your boy prove you right. Nice one!
