Bernard hopkins: Would have beaten dawson easy!

Now? No way. He's not beating any top lhw easy. I think he's slipped an awful lot. But the one from the Tarver fight? That B-Hop would've beaten Dawson and Pascal. Too pinpoint with his right hand, physically strong/very rough, too crafty (especially inside)...

 

If he believe that, he would have fought Dawson in the first place.

 

40 year old legs = 40 year old beating. Dawson is a top fighter regardless of what happened tonight.

eh...dunno about now. dawson's passivity may play into the old fox's hands but dawson is a top fighter. tip of the hat to pascal. doesnt mean hopkins would win.

 

and there wouldnt be anything easy about it.

 

Dawson's workrate is like Paul Williams' compared to Hopkins even vs Pascal.

 

Dawson didn't look himself. He didn't look right in the weigh in. He lacked snap and pop in his jab. He just did not look himself, it almost looked like he over trained.

pascal is a very live fighter and a titlist in his own right. i have always liked chad but a tip of the hat to jean is in order here before excuses are made. just saying :good
