His fight with Martinez proved that. Many had Sergio winning that and I can't argue with that.

 

I also think we've already seen the best out of Williams. There's not as much tread left on the tires as people think, which is why he's holding out for the biggest paydays he can.

 

If you have Martinez in your P4P top 10, you also need to put in Williams.

 

Williams is full of **** , zero defence zero skills just his ****ing long arms trying to catch a butterfly

 

Why did Williams beat the Middleweight champion in his last fight?

 

In my opinion Williams is a very talented kid who is surrounded by a **** poor team. In all these years George Peterson still hasn't taught PDub to fight tall. Goosen has done a very poor job promoting this kid.

What else do you want Paul Williams to do??? Here is a guy who was a relative "unknown" when he fought and beat Antonio Margarito. And he Immediately offered Margarito rematches...But Margarito chose to fight Golden Johnson...WHO? And then the 2nd time Margarito chose to fight Miguel Cotto for LESS MONEY!!! And when Paul Williams couldn't secure a meaningful fight at 147lbs (ie...no-one at 147lbs wanted to fight him...Including Margarito again, Cotto and Mayweather, yet it's funnny that Fans think that only Floyd Ducked him).

So Williams goes up to 160lbs....Two weight division higher to "FIND" a fight. Takes on another fighter that people have been avoiding for years in Winky Wright. Then Schedules a fight with the So-Called Top-Dawg at MW at the time...Kelly Pavlik. And after several postponements (All by Pavlik) the fight was eventually cancelled. Pavlik goes on to fight the 6th Place finisher from "The Contender" in Miguel Espino and Top-Rank had the nerve to have that as a PPV Fight...REALLY....SERIOUSLY!!!

What did Paul Williams do??? He couldv'e found some weak-ass opponent, because that's what hype-jobs do...Right??? But he searches and finds who...The Best 154lbs fighter on the planet...Sergio Martinez. And the fight didn't disappoint. A close fight that couldv'e went either way. And just because YOU THOUGHT HE LOSS...DOESN'T MAKE HIM A HYPEJOB. As far as the Cintron fight...A FREAK OCCURRENCE and neither fight can be blamed.

So let's look at Paul Williams Resume: Margarito, Quintana, Wright, Martinez, Cintron...Attempted fights with Pavlik, when that was cancelled, Williams contacted Felix Sturm, Cory Spinks, Mathew Macklin, Gennady Golovkin and Sakio Bika before Sergio Martinez Agreed. So what kind of HYPEJOB looks for the TOUGHEST FIGHTS??? Look, I get it...You don't like Paul Williams (FOR WHATEVER REASON:-() But just because you don't like him...or you thought he lost a fight...DOES NOT MAKE HIM (NOR ANY FIGHTER) A HYPEJOB!!!!
