What would Peter have to do besides beat Wlad to earn any respect for Peter? In their upcoming fight.

the fact that he's willing to fight Wlad (unlike some other heavyweights) earns my respect.

Same here. At least Peter is stepping up, that's more than Haye, Povetkin, and others are willing to do.

respect to Peter that he is willing to fight Wladimir and that he got in shape but he didn't deserve a titlefight at the moment. All he did was ko'ing someone named Aguilera

If Peter beats someone like Arreola, Chagaev, Povetkin, Valuev, Adamek, Haye, Solis, Chambers or Thompson then he gets my respect and i would see him as a top 10 HW again.

i know and it's not Peters fault but come on a titelfight for beating Aguilera.:think

Hw Division needs action fights like Peter - Arreola, Peter - Adamek, Peter - Chagaev, Peter - Tua, Peter- Briggs.
I don't want to see Waldimir outjabing Peter again.

He has balls seven times bigger than Haye, Povetkin or Valuev, getsinto the ring with a Klitschko for the third time. Respect for that he should get, regardless of outcome.

It's kinda odd nowadays to give a boxer respect for stepping up and fight for the title, or showing up in shape for that matter... most people would give their left testicle for the talent and oppertunity to fight for the world title...

But to answer the question, I do have respect for Peter. He 's a good fighter, doesn't talk much smack and is a former champ... respect! :good

i respect Peter, he's got big heart.and to be honest he has got one thing that can support his hope:):) BIG PUNCH:):)

He hits harder then for example Haye, and way harder then Adamek

Tomasz Adamek is in really hard situation. Wlad fight is the toughest match up that i could imagine for Tomasz. And ths brave Pole is in position that probably Wlad is only option to have i title shot.It would be very very hard for Tomasz

He already has my respect for getting into the ring with Wlad .... and for stepping into a ring with a Klitschko for a third time.

Still waiting on Haye or Povetkin to actually do it once.... what a complete and total joke those 2 are.

    Agree.

If he were to come in a very lean, condition would also make him be even more respectable.

But taking the fight, that alone earns Peter respect.:good
