"One day Dirrell was whipping his ass so bad man, I felt sorry for him. Dirrell was whipping his ass so bad he didnt know whether to **** or go blind. To be honest with you im starting to think he's a little ******ed. Somebody told me they thought he was a little ******ed and im starting to think its fact"

"The man telling me he dont want to be told he's about to get knocked out by his trainer, muther****er, he was about to be knocked out. That Dirrell boy was putting hands on him. He was on his way to sleep. He talking about I dont want no... muther****er I should have let Dirrell put him to sleep like he was about to anyway"

Wow, thats on brutal ripping he gave him in that interview. The couple of quotes you pulled out aren't even the worst of him. He really laced into him. I'm not all for the Dawson hate but this still wasn't a bad read.

You wouldn't want your trainer telling you that you're going to get knocked out though, that's not helpful and that's not a smart thing to say to your fighter if you want him to do well.

i dont like that ****. im a huge fan of how well he taught his son, but people respond differently. some need positive reinforcement. Tyson needed it as cus would tell him great things. (tyson mentioned this in his movie) i understand how chad must of felt. He was probbaly learning great techniques but really not looking forward to practice everday and thats not right. And probably the reason he missed his running day, as mayweather sr claims.

Floyd sr is a great trainer, but not right for chad is all im saying

    Why not?

If you have flaws that could get you KTFO, why wouldn't you want your trainer to be honest with you?

Damn, now we know why Floyd Jr has issues and why Hatton got KTFO like that.

I was wondering why Sr. wasn't training him anymore. Guess this answer my question.

If Sr were half as good as he thinks he is he would be the best ever, but he isnt thats why nobody wants to hire his attention seeking ass.

I heard scuttle butt that the last 2 weeks of hattons train was no training because May Sr. kept showing up late for training.
