Reason why margarito keep gettin denied

I can't watch youtube at work but the reason IMO is that he refuses to accept any responsibility for what happened. He knew about it and once he owns up and truly apologizes, he will get his license back.

It's gonna be a great fight in TX! Hopefully one day he'll be able to get the opportunity to fight in CA again. But it's well within the CA state atheletic commission to deny until they feel Marg has paid his debt. Fact of the matter is they could NOT give Marg a MORE impactful ban b/c there was truly a lack of hard evidence to prove Marg used plaster where if there were SOLID proof criminal charges would have DEFINITELY been applied.

And the inserts by those who investigated them all said they were actually "Softer" to the touch than they originally would have thought". It's still illegal to have used those knuckel pads but the big question was could those inserts have done the kind of damage actual PLASTER of PARIS would have been able to have done?

And that answer is absolutely NOT. Fact is his fine and suspension FIT the "crime". But other commissions do NOT have to follow the continued suspesion that CA has chosen to continue with. If other commissions feel Marg has paid his debt and should have the right to continue making a living it's well within that states rights.

I only boxed for 3 years, when you get your hands wrapped you always look because you need to make fists constantly to check they are not too tight etc.....He knew, no two ways about it.

 

You could be right! But let's see how he does with Manny before we start making conclusions. Shane looked really good but Marg was a bit distracted going into the fight as well. So we'll see how he continues his shaky career. One thing Marg does is Fight!

 

You make great points Karceno.This guy AM laughing and putting his wrapped hands up is in poor taste.Its just as stupid as Gilbert Arenas who plays in the NBA mocking shooting guns with his hands when he was caught a week before pulling a gun on a teammate. That why Gilbert was suspend for the rest of the year without pay (around 14 million). Wow who is AM Public relations man, oh my bad its his hand wrap guy, lol.

 

This was even worse than that. Arenas and his teammates knew it was all a joke that got overblown by the media. Margarito's situation was no joke and everyone had the same perspective on it inside and outside. I don't think he should be able to fight again but since it's against pacman I'm cool with him receiving some punishment and embarrassment.

 

As long as we dont have to see margo doing his stupid fist up and weird smile pose anymore im happy with there decision.
