Why, I can barely stand to look at these guys with their actually noticable abs and biceps. It's revolting...where's the waistline that hangs over the trunks? The d-cups and bingo wings?
This is a high risk fight for Adamek , Grant has advantages in height and weight . Grant is more dangerous than the michelin man er ... Arreola . I expect the first round to be all action and will be surprised if the fight goes the distance. Respect to Adamek , the man comes prepared .
For his age, Grant is in fantastic shape. He doesn't need to be shredded, just strong and not carrying to much extra weight. At that size and his age, he'd have to overtrain to get a six pack.
I agree, at his age he looks fabulous!! Least we cant say he came in out of shape. Lets hope for a good quality fight.
If anything, I'm starting to get concerned about Adamek. He has borderline outgrown his frame, and all that muscle is going to affect his stamina. Of course, his workrate still will be superior to most HWs, but some of the smaller, boxer types might give him problems. He's a pro's pro, though, and I'm sure his people know what they're doing.
If Adamek wins are all the modernist dicks going to accept that being stupidly tall and/or ridiculously overweight does not equal a ko1 win over Ali?
I don't think anyone on this board believes that being tall equals a KO1 over Ali. Look at Tye Fields, Julius Long, etc.... It's the height, reach, superb conditioning, talent, & good trainer all together in one package....and very few have all of those.
Grant is finely tuned at age 37...... He's buffed..... Plus, the sum ***** also has H2O in his body and is not drained going in..... Grant seems properly trained and he looks like he means bidness, too....... MR.BILL:hat
I just checked....... Grant was 250 for Lewis back in '00 and is now 261 pounds for Adamek......... Over a decade of time, Grant's weight is on target........ He's fine...... MR.BILL:deal
