    I agree that Dzinurik might be the 4th best guy(you forgot Cotto) but he has been inactive so i can see not having him ranked so high.

    He hasnt beaten anyone!!! thats the reason , and I watched both of the Santos and Julio fights , he was clearly outboxed but got those gift decisions , one fight in the states against a club fighter in Dawson does not make you the number one in the division . Belt holder he may be , but not even in the top 10. I have Lara ahead of him with only 13 fights.

    Dzinziruk was ranked next in line to fight the best but HBO-type politics got in the way making him inactive, which then lowered his ranking which now keeps him from getting deserved fights. Happens all the time

    williams has been running from dzindzuruk since he beat that muppet for an interim belt.

    dzindzuruk is a very good fighter at this weight and should be top 5 at the least.
