we dont know thats a fact though do we! i know you will claim it is while hanging from the klits ball sack, but thier are two sides too a story
well i said months ago this fight would happen... and i was called every name in the book from Haye fans. Even some name I had never heard before:yep Still the talk in Wlads camp from sparing partners and such is that harrison"s injury was serious and the fight may not happen.... at this point who knows:huh I guess i will stay with what I was told by wlad, who was told by Booth...."you go fight povetkin, We (Haye) will fight harrison" We should know soon i guess. It wont look good for david after he flat out said time and time again... "I wont fight harrison" IMO at this point I dont care who he fights... just FIGHT!!!!
Booth even said it was 50-50 no options... the sticking point was UK PPV... come on.. we have all been over this time and time again
there isnt PPV in Germany. Wlad put his RTL contract in the pot for 50-50. Haye wanted the fight to go to TV bid in Germany... the brothers cant do that,,, they are already under contract with RTL is it so unreasonable to ask haye to put his contract in for 50-50 also? you cannot get more fair then everything in the pot and split 50-50. Thats what Booth said he wanted and thats what he got.. IMO he was shocked to get that and then tried to back track and say..."um...well we want to keep out UK PPV"
i don't mind Haye vs Harrison or whoever my problem with Haye is his inactivity, after Harrison we will probably have to wait till summer 2011
It will be interesting what he's going to reveal about the negotiations in the next few days. Keep checkin his twitter.
I actually think Harrison has a better chance of beating Haye than Adamek. Yes, Harrison is very unpredictable and doesn't have a fighter's mentality but if he lands big he'll KO Haye. Adamek is smaller and slower than Haye, doesn't have a great HW chin and his power is lacking at HW. Even if he lands flush on Haye I think Haye could regroup. Haye-Harrison could be good for UK boxing. It will be a MASSIVE promotion, biggest on British shores for some time and should be an exciting fight with a KO finish. I'd definitely buy a ticket.
Haye fan here to defend this. David Haye had negotiations with K2 and a deal could not be reached. Now, David Haye the WBA Heavyweight Champion is working on a deal to fight Audley Harrison. The match-up could be huge in the UK and potentially a big money match-up for Haye. Match should be official in a few days. That was easier than I thought
Except that Haye was offered more than reasonable terms in the negotiation. It fell through because he acts like a diva, and doesn't really want to fight them. Haye broke the silence the minute both Klitschko's signed contracts with other people. Not to mention the pulling out of fights earlier. It's only easy if you swallow Haye's bull****.
Most of these Brit-tards would defend Haye of he fought the Easter Bunny! "The Easter Bunny asked for a 10% discount on tickets for residents of Vatican City and agreed to 1% of the purse and 15 future options but Haye's camp was unwilling to bend on the loss of revenue from ticket sales"
I think a good portion of Haye's fans have jumped ship. However fans who hate the K-bros will jump back on the Haye Bandwagon if he ever sacks up and meets either of them in the ring. I am rooting for Harrison over Haye.
