    This wasn't great in terms of importance in the landscape of the division, but it was a war and has been one of the better fights of the year period, regardless of division (it's rare you can say that about a heavyweight bout these days). :thumbsup

    The last great HW fight for me was Wlad -Peter and that was a VERY long time ago....:patsch..

    Liahovich 'spelling" and BREW were both shot after that brawl, Brew just took too much punishment, it's a mystery that fight went the distance..

    A very good title fight after this(at least I think it was after anyway) was Maskaev vs Rahman II.

    Brewster vs Lyakhovich however is up there with any heavyweight fight, it really was an amazing battle.

    Edit: Wlad vs Peter wasn't a title fight either, only an eliminator.
