I honestly think he beats them all at his prime, before and during the Tszyu fight. Bradley would be tough but none of them has done enough to prove they would beat Hatton.

Tszyu was a 35 year old but he was coming off two great wins to zab judah and sharmba mitchell. At the time tszyu was the undisputed king of the jww division. Castillo again wasn't at his prime but the way hatton dominated him and the body shot ko was just beautiful! Urango was the IBF champ at the time, Paulie probably the number 1 draw in the division at the time and wins against collazo and maussa were notable wins both for the WBA welterweight and WBA jww titles. Pre tszyu hatton had some very memorable nights against eamon magee, vince phillips, ben tackie and john thaxton. Hattons resume gets knocked all the time because he lost his two biggest fights but his achievements in the ring were that of a true champion and in my opinion he should be going to the hall.

    :good

Yes he lost his two biggest fights against p4p #1 and 2, but there's no shame in that at all!

I think Bradley might have a shot at beating him. Bit too soon to say though. He'd knock Khan out, Alexander is a big question mark to me at the moment, I've only seen his last 3 fights which were obviously a mixed bag.

Past prime Hatton managed to hang with Mayweather pretty well. If he fought that fight against the current light welters I think he'd beat all 3

Still, its not necessarily prime for prime because we don't know if the current fighters are prime yet. Hatton has an advantage in this comparison

Agree. I don't get all the hate for Hatton on here, he was a good fighter.

Alot of people on here slag him off. Just still pick him to beat the current lot. Funny that. Doubles standards? Or are the current crop just not that good?

Bot of both. People allow stupid prejudices get in the way of knowing about the sport.
As far as the current lot go im convinced Khan couldnt live with prime Hatton yet and not impressed with Alexander. Bradley i like but debateable if he is as good as Hatton was. Ricky was a bit special for a brief time.

Right now - He loses to all of them
In his prime - I think he beats all of them, with Bradley & Ortiz being very close, & Maidana giving him a few scares.

Bradley for me is Hatton's easiest fight. Timmy simply doesnt have the power to keep him at bay. Ricky walks him down

Nah i think theres a bit more to Bradley than that. Thought he was excellant beating Witter. And he put him on his arse.
