"I'm not thinking about boxing right now" Pac to fight Margo, and Floyd returns

Does Pac have to think about boxing all the time? He's also a congressman. He thought about the Mayweather fight a while back. Then Margo came, but didn't got his license approved. He could be thinking about his service to the public at the very moment, what w/ his match w/ Margo a bit iffy.
