BWA HA HA thats even more than he was paying Chuck! Toney walks into the UFC and makes 3/4 to a mil with no combat experience other than Boxing? No wonder Toney signed. Good for him! **** id sign to fight Couture too!!

 

That's decent for James! He was cashing bigger checks in boxing when he was fighting the top guys but this is his very first MMA fight so I think it's a good cut. Hopefully he'll earn his keep.

 

No surprise toney is bringing boxing fans to watch this fight. Toney is famous in the boxing world. Lesnar got paid $500K against couture when they fought for the title. Couture i think only got 100 or 120k.

 

Anytime Couture fights, it's a 7 figure deal when all is said and done.

 

He's probably earning what he's bringing in from the boxing fans who would never buy an MMA card.

UFC will do well out of this.
