If Floyd fought like Pac and Pac fought like Floyd

For Filipino Pacfans, we will see when Pac retires. Will they become Donairetards? Donaire has a style similar to Floyd. Right now Donaire is a distant second in popularity to Pac.

For the Floyd fans who claim they like Floyd because he exemplifies the sweet science and dislike Pacquiao because of his "wild style", will look quite the hypocrite if they say they are Roy Jones Jr. fans.

Sorry buddy,but Roy Jones could never in a million years be said to have a "wild style".He was in total control.Please never attempt to compare Manny with RJJ again.

To be clear,most so-called floyd fans are originally RJJ fans and still love Roy.There is a near complete overlap of fanbase.(Though Floyd is a better PPV draw)

RJJ was hard to hit and could land at will.Floyd is similar but more classical than RJJ,but Floyd is also more classical than Ali too!

Ali had a terrible defense technically.His hands were often held at his waist and he often pulled his head straight back.These are terrible things and quite offensive to my sensiblities.However he was slick,had a mouth on him and was quite textbook offensively.

RJJ was unhittable,could land at will and was extremely brash and confident.

Floyd can be unhittable,is very textbook and is extremely brash and confident.

The person who doesn't fit is Pacquiao.He is extremely hittable,unorthadox by mistake and not by design,and he is supposedly a mr goody two shoes.He doesn't fit with the above group at all.

That doesn't take away from his greatness though.Also,you should know that nearly 100% of "Mayweather fans" like Pacq but just don't think he has a chance against Floyd based off of style..Just ask them if they like Pacq.They would say yeah.I know I like him.

You call Pacquiao a fake goody two shoes. Floyd and Jones aren't even 1/4 as likable as Ali, the other guy you brought up, was to the masses, even in the hip hop age. The objective sports fan is saying that Floyd is running from Pacquiao.. you know that right? That is becoming Floyd's mainstream image, running and ducking from Pacquiao, not "bling, bling! I call the shots!" People, even the average sports fan, don't like or respect a boxer, especially a boxer, with a run and duck image. Styleswise, I haven't seen 'extremely hittable' Pacquio get rocked in a long time. I just saw Mayweather get rocked last time out. Look at the states of their mutual opponents when they were fighting them. Marquez was able to hit pacquiao moar than he'll ever be able to hit Floyd. manny doesn't have defense as good as Floyd. This isn't even open for discussion.

Aside from De La Hoya and Hatton fights; Yes, Pacquiao is extremely hittable!

Pacquiao vs Marquez= Pacquiao's face ****ed up.

Pacquiao vs Cotto= Pacquiao's face ****ed up. (Cottos was def. worse, but still)

Pacquiao vs Clottey= Pacquiao's face ****ed up. (and thats with Clottey throwing like three punches the whole damn fight lol)

Antonio Margarito may very lose, but Im sure he'll **** Pacquiao's face up too and make him look sloppy as **** before its over.

 

On the first point, you're right. But Floyd does have the image of a runner now except to the people that have a veil over their face about him.

On the second point, you have a veil over your face so I'm not even going to bother it.
