Haye Fans: Will you Abandon David if he he fights Audley?

I think his deluded fans should have known what I knew all along.

The guy is in it for the pay, the risk for reward.

Fighting a Klit right now does not make sense from a business perspective, if he can make more fighting 2 or 3 opponents and make more, knowing he can beat them.

This is especially the case, as the guy wants to retire very soon, and does not have much time to make up his retirement fund.


I also believe Haye knows either one of the Klits would explode all over his glass jaw and he would be leaving the ring on a stretcher. Far inferior fighters to the Klits have left Haye flat on his arse. Ie, Mormeck and a shot Barrett.

 

I wont , as Im use to this from boxing. its the usual push pull that always happens from most boxers . Sure its not the fight that we want but which boxer's give the fans the fights they want when they want them?

Its like Mayweather when he agreed to fight Mosely , all the love came back then a month later the hate came back. its the flip flop effect.

Who were the fighter's that always pleased the fans?

 

Personally im a Haye hater but as a boxing fan i just want to see a champion defending his title and i really dont care anymore who the challenger is.

Really? Johnson was very negative against Vitali; do you not think he would do the same against Haye?

 

I won't abandon Haye but I'll be really disappointed if this fight happens.

The only way I could stomach him facing Harrison is if he was fighting 4 or 5 times a year. Then, he could slip this fight in as a big money-maker which carries no risk, as well as fighting the top guys.

As he only fights once a year, this would have to be at the expense of a much more significant fight. As much as I love watching both Haye fight and Audley getting ko'd, the prospect of this fight sickens me.

 

So much with bringing excitement back to the heavyweight division. Haye is on borrowed time with a lot of fans it seems, myself included.

He's fast becoming a laughing stock through his own actions - or lack there of.

 

I do think he has the skills , there taunting each other would be great. And I think he deserves another shot.

Once he realized his dope style would work against Vitali he just tryed to survive. Very annoying , so I would like to see Haye either Knock him out or have him make Haye look silly. either way I think these two would be perfect for each other. Chess match.

 

I won't. Audley is better or at least no worse than most of the Klitschko brothers' opponents.

Johnson deserves nothing. He was counting his cash in the ring. At least Albert gave it a go.

 

No I won't. He is exciting when he gets in the ring. If you spend to much time on this forum your perspective changes; all this back and forth nonsense doesn't matter one bit on fight night. I respect Vitali and Wlad, but I prefer to watch Haye. It's entertainment at the end of the day.

 

I used to like him after he became the undisputed cruiserweight champion. I felt that this guy had the charisma and style to make a very popular heavyweight. You need a character like him to get the casuals and women interested. Also his speed and style is good to watch compared to the K bros. Unfortunately, he just didn't step it up in the heavyweight division and has become associated with everything that is wrong in boxing.

The weird thing I hear is some people cheering for Harrison because they are pissed of at Haye's choice of opponent. You guys want Audley Harrison (the same guy you call a bum) to get a world title? When you are hating at least try and think about what you would be supporting. Wouldn't the guy you call 'Fraudley" lifting the title be a disgrace for your sport?
