I thought Golota losing to Ruiz on points was a pretty lousy call and it denied a long time vet one of his last chances at winning a belt.

Hearns agreeing to a war with Haglar. I've always been a big fan of both guys, but damn, I really wanted Tommy to win that one.

Hearns/Barkley II: Tommy looked like his whole fight plan revolved around not getting knocked out instead of revolving around winning the damn fight.

Pavlik's performance against Martinez was just God Awful. He missed a least 12 opportunities to land flush right hands in the first 3 rounds alone! (Trust me, I did actually watch and count.)

Im a big fan of Chavez and will be the first to tell you that Sweet Pea got robbed...BUT, that was not a prime Chavez, and he was NOT fighting in his prime weight. Just thought id clear that out.

Forgot 2 of the most obvious:

    - Hagler going 'orthodox' for the first 4 rounds against Leonard
    - Michael Moorer continuing (against trainer Teddy Atlas' wishes) to circle towards Foreman's power hand

Sugar Ray Leonard vs Roberto Duran 1 ... SRL fought Durans fight ...

Meldrick Taylor vs Chavez ... Mel should've gotten on that bike last 2 rounds

And Corey Spinx vs Zab Judah 2 .. should've never began to trade with zab ... zab couldn't deal with corey from a distance

Holyfield v Valuev was horrendous in my opinion as well. Another case, as mentioned before, of a long time vet being denied the glory of what should have been his. Holyfield would have wont he title that night and would have made a little more money which could have bailed him out of some of his financial worries. Now look, he will fight for peanuts and hes going on 50. I hope he wins his next shot and hangs em up soon after.
