IMO Pac is wrong. Doesn't Pac wrap his own hands? What would he know about what Margo does when he's getting his hands wrapped. Several of boxing's top trainers have been quoted saying they could put a plaster insert in their fighter's knucklepads without him knowing. I'll take their opinion over Pac's any day.

I hardly post about Pac these days, his entire circus act has gotten boring now.

Just like he is entitled to his opinion about Margarito, we are ALL entitled to ours about him.

And my argument is hardly weak....Having your KO% increase as you move up, keeping your speed, and having an increase is stamina are all very suspect and damn good reason to question a fighter.

 

+1. However, what remains to be seen is, can Margarito catch PacMan? Everyone should know that Pac's footspeed is way different than Cotto's.

 

You gotta respect his honesty. I'm not sold Marg knew without a shadow of doubt so I give him the benefit. At the end of the day Marg did his time for the crime and he's looking to move forward. It's gonna be a great fight and Marg is a real threat so this could be interesting either way.

 

You could be right....Or....Marg may wish TX upheld CA's decision afterwards. It's a very compelling fight especially with all the drama surrounding this one.

 

'bout time Pac is honest about something.

 

Pac is alright with random tests.....just not so close to his fights.

Margs head is big so is Chavez Jr's head. PED's don't make your head big.

More muscle mass can increase withOUT PED's with the right nutruition and exersices.

His speed is still there...it has slowed a bit becuase of the added muscle, but that's to be expected.

His KO percentage hasn't really increased. Since moving up from 135 his KO percentage has dropped.

His stamina has gotten better since moving up to 122! Coming from PI to the US his "MO" was his speed, stamina and power! He was just RAW as hell like an unpolished diamond.

Floyd, duran, Robinson, Armstrong, Leonard, hearns ect....all moved up in weight...got KO's and held advantages over MOST of their opposition in the speed, reflexes and stamina depts. Signs of great fighters. Manny is no different.
