Pascal wins this. No lose fight for Hopkins though.

Pascal threw like 5 punches a round against Dawson so why's everybody fixated on Hop being outworked? Even Hopkins can throw 5 punches a round and last. It's when somebody puts real pressure on he struggles.

This fight makes more sense than fighting David Haye.

It'd be a massive achievement if Hopkins managed to win this, beating the legit No.1 HW in the World at the grand old age of 45/46? Hes got a solid chance to do it as well, Pascal gives lots of opportunities to be hit but Hopkins needs to be able to tie Pascal up, not let himself get outworked and let Pascal move in and out as he pleases.

Very winnable fight for B-Hop never thought Pascal was that great entertaining yes but he can be out boxed easily. Hopkins against Roy Jones would make anyone count him out, Roy wasn't doing **** and B-Hop was still struggling to keep up.

If it comes off i think it sets the division back a bit B-Hop he going to sit on the titles until he has to vacate then we are back at square one again.

This will show us how good Mark Ramsey is as a trainer as well. He's passed some good tests but how will he take his young charge to Victory. I like the work Ramsey's done with Pascal. I think he fought a smart fight against Dawson. He will obviously need a different approach versus B-HOP.

Exactly. That, and his inside game is pretty non existant and he's not that accurate.

My first thoughts after the Dawson fight was that Hopkins will be watching this think he has a great chance against Pascal.

Pascal will give Hopkins the chance to take the breathers in rounds he needs. I see Pascal finding it difficult to land cleanly on the old dog who I can see putting on another masterclass against a younger fighter.

Hopefully the Pascal hype leads to some great odds on Hopkins, he's winning this fight.

Does anybody wonder why there was no word out of Hopkins when Dawson was the champion, but now he wants a shot at Pascal.

Could he fancy his chances more against Pascal?

Because Dawson can't sell tickets in his home town.... Pascal most definitely will do after a win over the most overhyped fighter in boxing last time out :yep

The funny thing is Hopkins can win. Hopkins has the perfect defence and sneaky shots to beat Pascals wild swings. As long as Pascal isn't too active for X then X could do it.

I'd like to see B-Hop pull one more big performance out of the bag but he looked extremely sluggish against Jones Junior. I think Pascal takes the old man on a UD.
