    50/50 is a great offer and he should have took the fight, it won't get any better

    However reality has taken over and he's gonna try to line his pockets first

    And fate has dealt him a good hand; the Klits position is weakening all the time due to their mundane defences and just being too good for everyone else

    Shame though, I'd hoped for more from Haye. But I'm not the one getting knocked about by 6'6 heavies for a living.

    @dft taylor

    You honestly think if Sky got hold of Klitsckos early fights, started showing clips of him knocking guys out combined with his robootic voice you dont think people would buy into it.

    All they would have to do is make Vlad Drago-esque and then the figures will go through the roof

    Great post :clap::clap::clap::clap:

    You hit the nail on the head.

    Read his new bull**** magazine out in shops now - £9.99 - its full of propaganda to brainwash the average Joe Public person.

    He decscribes his win against Valuev - as the most important heavyweight title fight thats taken place in the division for years. :dead

    Its quite shocking how qucikly Haye has gone from "Peoples Champ" to a spineless empty worded Klitschko ducker.

    His whole game now - is just to convince the ignorant general British Public into believing he is thee "Heavyweight Champ" so they buy into the David Haye Franchise and line his pockets - because when he talks of his status on things like the Jonathan Ross show or his new magazine - he never mentions that the Klitschkos even exist to dispute his claim to be No 1.

    Its a joke - and Hayes true colours are coming out now.

    He was on the front of Sky Monthly Magazine - He was on the front of GQ Magazine - calling himself a superstar - and the heavyweight champ.

    He really is a sell out these days.

    Looking at the video - and the way he was trying to rubbish the Klitschkos resumes - its almost like he is now trying to make himself out as he is already the best heavyweight in the world - and he dosent have to prove it by fighting the Klitschkos. :patsch

    At least the klitschko's are active. I'm a haye fan, but if these bums r just that so he says, then he may as well knock 4 of them out in a year to say there u go..... but he isn't even doing that. That's what is pissing me off. If he thinks oppone ts are too easy, well why doesn't he challenge himself by aiming for a faster knock out?

    He's pissing me off greatly with his inactivity. I don't believe he is scared off either brother, i just think he's so deluded by his own ego now, that he believes he's worth more than he actually is, therefore he has become less active.

    If he was to fight more frequently i don't think people wud be as against the harrison fight - but still against it cos harrison is barely scraping british standard in a v poor division.

    Vitali wanted Valuev next.

    The only reason the Kltischkos havent fought Ruiz and Valuev because them two fighters have been hogging the WBA belt between them and grandpa Holyfield in the last few years.

    So in other words - the WBA Heavyweight title - has been kind of the paper title in the last few years - the same way Frank Warrens paper champions use to hog the WBO title.

    If Valuev or Ruiz had become - WBC or IBF or WBO Mandatory contenders - then they would have fought a Kltischko.

    But they were not on the radar - because they were WBA paper champs.

    Vitali fought Lennox Lewis - stood toe to toe with him - and Haye claims he is ducking Valuev and John Ruiz :rofl

    Desperate excuse from Haye.

    It's crap like that which proves how little respect Haye has for his fans, he feeds them bull**** as he knows most of the casuals who buy his ppvs don't know enough to question what he says about the Klitschko's supposed ducking. He could have come out and said he's not ready to fight Wlad or that a deal couldn't be reached but instead he tries to twist the facts to keep his delusional fans satisfied :roll:

    Cant argure with any of the posts in this thread.

    Hayes excuses have worn thin and he is finally being called out on it.

    Will be an absolute disgrace if/when he signs a deal to fight audley ****ing harrison. :verysad

    Lets remeber.........

    Haye done a U turn - not now - but quite some time ago.

    He was due to fight Wlad then Vitali but he then saw the easier path to take

    So Haye chose the WBA route - and fought the 2 men who have been hogging the same belt between them for upteen fights - Valuev and Ruiz :lol::lol::lol: Ruiz is going down in history as a 2 or 3 or 4 time champ - because he kept getting recycled on the WBA stage.

    Had either of them crap boring fighters - Valueu and Ruiz - fought the Klitschkos - they WBA merry go around would have been stripped from them.

    Peter maybe.
    But Briggs is certainly no better than Ruiz and Valuev.
