I dont get how people can say he ducked Floyd when he simply rejected Mayweathers demands to OSTD up to the day of the fight..... I mean this is not standard testing that is conducted prior to every fight the commissions do not mandate this so how is it ducking when Pacquiao says no to something like this? in negotiations does he not have the right to negotiate? its funny to see how people say Manny ducked Floyd when simply he has asked for the testing to be done in a specific way.... Now since the truth has surfaced it appears Pac agreed to the testing up to the day of the fight just in order to make the fight happen, But again Floyd didnt sign the contract.... suddenly with alot of *****s seing the column/interview now all the sudden both ducked each other... Explain how so? Manny has the right to negotiate as well.....
99% of the people out there and on here say Mayweather is the "ducker", not Pac. There's almost nobody saying Pac ducked Floyd. Also, when did "the truth" surface. We still don't know what the truth was, all we know is what Arum and Pac's team has said vs. what Ellerbe and Floyd's team have said. There has been no proof that Pac agreed to the testing so I don't know where you got that from.
im expecting an explanation from LEON, SPUD, JACKORY, NALLEGE, TOOPRETTY, and BALDY. These guys are the only ones whom accused pac of ducking. If there were any aside from them, surely its their alts.
Did u see Floyd's entourage?? All those guys are Paid for by Floyd to defend him. Those guys u mention were the same guys pampering Floyd. Their Job is to defend Floyd at all cost.
Floyd goes to vacation and refuses to talk about Pac then one day after Pac-Margo is official all of a sudden Floyd finds his balls and starts talking **** about Pac and once again cons his ******ed fans into thinking he wants the fight.
Trash talk is not one of manny's nature. And English is not his 1st language so to take evry words that comes from his mouth and interpret it like it is is quite unfair. He may have said something or used word(s) b4 in one of their interviews n him that doesn't describe best what he really meant things like that happens when your vocabulary is limited. But when someone called you out... You don't respond with... BUT WE PLAYED BASKETBALL TOGETHER. AND CERTAINLY YOU DONT GO MISSING WHEN THE PERSON WHO CALLED YOU OUT YOU CAN EASILY BEAT PEDS OR NO PEDS A ONE DIMENSIONAL AND A MIDGET BECAUSE THATS THE TRUE DEFINITION OF DUCKING AND FLOYD IS A CLEAR EXAMPLE OF ONE.
Here's how Pac ducked Floyd. Everything was agreed to in regards to the first round of negotiations except for what? Olympic style drug testing with a cut date of 14 days (which was a fair compromise on Floyd's behalf). Pacquiao/Arum rejected it, stating Pacquiao feels weakend giving blood too close to the fight and they didn't want to give in to Floyd's "demands" since he doesn't make the rules. So they chose to fight Clottey instead, which they probably wanted to do anyway. Fast forward to the so called 2nd time they negotiated. Now all of a sudden, Pacquiao has agreed to full random testing without a cut off date. So what happened to feeling weakened by giving blood so close to the fight? Pacquiao rejected a 14 day cut off back in December but now he agrees to full random testing without a cut off date? WTF? So if he's agreeing to (full random blood tests without a cutoff date) it now then why didn't he agree to it then, when they went to a mediator? The only reason the fight didn't happen was because refused to accept the 14 day cut off. If he's accepting it now that means he should/could have accepted it then. So it looks Pacquiao ducked Floyd and used the "excuse" about feeling weakend by the blood test and not wanting to give in to Floyd's "demands" to back out of the fight. Plus he stated that he doesn't need Mayweather and he has accomplished more in the sport of boxing.
This subject actually came up at work. We saw some stuff about the drug testing on ESPN and one of my coworkers defended Pac for not taking the drug test. He kept saying "Why should he have to take the test? and blah blah blah. Now this guy is a hell of a pothead and has lost some jobs before because of drug testing. Me im clean. Just alcohol for me. Then I thought. Well he says he would feel offended and all that being asked to take a drug test. Well no **** man. You would come up dirty and get fired. If someone was spreading rumors at my work and i was clean I would say no problem just to clear my name and prove those rumors wrong. If it was him he would be offended and try to avoid it so he wouldnt get fired. Unless maybe they could tell him when the test would take place and then he wouldnt mind taking it he said. Just like he used to at his old job. They would let them know so he would clean himself out and pass the test. One time they did it random and he got caught. This is the exact same scenario except with alot more money at stake and a reputation to uphold. If PAc gets caught he loses out on more paydays maybe even a fine and his reputation and wins will be shot. Now he has said he will take the test but only during a time window... I hate both PAc and PBF equally but anything to clean up the sport is fine with me. Just like i said to my friend. If your reputation is on the line and you got nothing to hide then what the hell is holding you back from taking the test!? Random test
I try to stay out of this argument, its certainly getting boring now but if i were asked to put a case foreward for Pacman ducking and one for Mayweather id really struggle to make one for Manny where as one for Mayweather would be pretty loaded.
It depends on who's asking the test. Is he someone worthy? If it is your boss and there are ground for the request then it's valid but if it just rumors from some random people spreading it,why the hell would you?
So thats a duck? At first he didnt want to have drug testing as close as two weeks, now he doesnt mind it, and he is still ducking? :blood Maybe, just maybe, Manny believes blood taken from him will weaken him, but he is willing to agree to Floyd's previous terms to simply cear him name and get in the ring. But no, Floyd's fans continue to call Manny a ducker even after he agrees to Mayweather's demands. Mayweather nowhere to be seen and not thinking about boxing...manny announces a fight a month or so later...and then Mayweather appears. Sound about right?
Explain how you (and other people here) are still interested to talk about that? You really think you'll learn or read something new in that thread? :tired
