i'm not concluding anything at this point as i agree he did not say anything directly. but, if pacquiao hasn't agreed yet to osdt, i would expect floyd to expoit on this and put the blame back on pacquiao's team. yet, he didn't say anything. worse, he said he doesn't have the urge to fight manny now. this just confirms that albeit pacquiao agrees to osdt, he still wouldn't fight now. and that is what's frustrating some fans. i don't care about the insults, that's fine. it's the general public that's reacting anyway.

Just look at Floyd's full record and who he fought. From everyone up to ODLH it is a terrible joke on boxing with that level of opposition he could earn the respect he did.
There is literally not one ATG fighter and not one opponent who will go down near a Barrera, Cotto, Morales. Not 1 tough fight. Then when he stepped up to face the names he got them all when they were WAY past their prime. The Manny fight would be the most gigantic step up of his career. He has a perfect record and history of not taking the toughest fight and since Manny is the best out there the chance of him fighting is
    .001 %.

I've never felt who had the more impressive resume was even close to being debatable. Pacquiao has certainly fought the tougher opposition in recent times. Deciphering who was to be Fighter of the Decade was a no-brainer, there was one guy separating himself from all of his contemporaries. Even now, Manny has decided to fight a guy that, 17 months ago, would have been a 3-1 favorite against him. Margarito brings size and stature, It will be interesting to see what Floyd's next opponent brings to the table besides a fanbase.

Before that racist rant, Pacquiao stated that he already agreed to all of Floyd's demands and he don't know why Floyd won't still fight him. Then Floyd did that racist rant (and an apology right after) to cover up the real issue on why he lost the URGE to fight after Pacquiao accepted all his demands. :D

Not a lot besides his size and stature, I agree. In a physically taxing sport like Boxing, where the whole idea is to punch someone in the face, size has always been and always will be a factor. Margarito is a much bigger man than Manny, and has shown great stamina and a refusal to yield in the past.

Who do you suppose Mayweather will be fighting? I think he'll release a video on UStream if Pacquiao scrapes past Margarito, calling out the Filipino whilst chilling out in his dope pantry.

Pac himself confirmed that he agreed to all the tests:

    from http://sports.espn.go.com/sports/boxing/news/story?id=5520996

The fight was nearly made in January, then fell apart when Pacquiao refused Olympic-style drug testing in the weeks leading up to the fight. But the newly minted congressman from the Philippines said he's even agreed to the strict blood testing in an effort to make the fight, but he hasn't heard from Mayweather's side why an agreement couldn't be reached.
"We agree with, you know, his demands," Pacquiao said, referring specifically to the blood testing. "I wanted to know if that's his real reason [for not fighting]."
