He was clean in all his fights. He's guilty of reusing knuckle pads not of loading his gloves, or plasterizing.

 

you cant see the plaster because it looks normal underneath the wraps. Wont be able to tell its plaster until you take it out.

 

he def cheated in this fight in my opinion. the proof is cotto's face . that wasnt evident at the beginning of the fight

 

fukk that...Cotto could have won this fight even if Margo had bricks.....Cotto easily landed everytime he through if he would have stopped letting himself get trapped and continued to box like the begining rounds he wins easily.....but he didnt and kept getting trapped along the ropes and applying this crazy ass bullshyt defense he does.

Cotto lost the fight for himself he is way better than Margo.....his corner should have had him prepared better too!

 

It depends whether he knew about them. If he didn't know that his wraps were possibly illegal, then that will be the reason why he happily strolled around with them in plain sight.

No way, Cotto's face was very swollen against Pac because of constant battering, but his face against Margarito was cut very deeply in several places and was much more worn and misshapen by the end.

 

Besides the damage Cotto took from Margo's Hands . Caused permanent damage . So any fighter Cotto now faces can and will cause faster and longer lasting swelling .

 

There is no way he used illegal wrapping in Vegas, The NSAC provides the gauze and the tape and the comissioner never leaves the dressing room.... Nevada cleared Margarito of any wrong doing in this fight, people have to live with that and stop making **** up.

 

So what was the white substance all over the pads then?

 

Panama Lewis removed the padding from Resto's gloves and apparently added plaster in his hand wraps. What Capitello did prior to the Mosley fight, is insert a plaster smeared knuckle pad inside of Tony's gauze, as demonstrated here...

There is a big difference between the two. What Lewis did is much more blatant. Obviously removing bulk of padding from a glove is going to disfigure it and give it a different feel and look. What Capitello did while not as bold, was a lot more cunning and discreet. Not even Nazim Richardson knew of the pads until Margarito's hand wraps were stripped down.

 

Yeah you're right he didnt use them V Cotto. But felt the need to use them against Shane Mosley. Honestly people WAKE UP!
