He was taking sickening jabs and right hands all night long without getting close to Wlad. A hard night's work, he definitely earned his paycheck! His eye was closing up from early on but he soldiered on until the KO came.

    Fair play

He took some great shots but I think earning a paycheck is when you actually fight back.

My stream froze a few times, but I didn't see ONE straight power punch being thrown the entire night by Peter. Great effort.

No need for the sarcasm **** boy. You try doing it when you're eating firm left jabs followed by effective powershots every single time you flinch opening up. On the night Sam would have beat David 'the ******'- thus Sam is the new WBA heavyweight champ based on tonight's performance.

But now, what does he do? He must now know, even himself, that he is not, and never will be again, seen as a legit title challenger, for the third time................at least, not with the K bros, around.

Peter is pretty much done as a marketable, world class contender, I would say. Tua and Brewster, move over......

But credit to him for his effort and for not quitting this time.

In green: And there you have the key word.

Anyone who has the guts to face the Klitschko giants 3 times get tremendous respect from me. He tried as hard as he could to make something happen but was seriously overmatched.

Not seen the fight, but if it was as bad as is said he knew he could not win.

I think it is better to quit in those situations, but he obviously is very proud.

I've knocked Peter more than just about any fighter for some reason... just always thought he was a bum... and hated his whinning bull**** and excuses.

But hey,,, at least the guy was willing to get in there with the best... which is a hell of alot more than can be said about some of these other twats!

Peter did better than most against Wlad and showed great heart. He deserves a lot of respect and appreciation for trying to make a fight out of it .
