Wlad by brutal late KO, unfortunately... Adamek and Haye should fight each other and Klitschkos should retire, cause there's no one left that could have any chance against them
If he fights Wlad I think it would basically be a guaranteed knockout-win for Wlad. Adamek would get hit easily and often just from Wlad's jab alone.
Wlad would win this easy. This is no Haye-Valuev. Adamek may be mobile but he'd never get to Wlad. Let's also not forget his last outing.
Only reason you have some more people picking Tua or Haye to beat Wlad is simply these guys have somewhat a bigger punch, so with that a bit more of a chance at roughing Wladimir up, and hitting him with a lucky punch and people let their fantasies carry them away. Wouldnt happen.
I think that Adamek manages to avoid the jab very often. He is very quick and very mobile. Also he has added a head and upper body movement recently. And has better footwork than most Wlad's opponents. He would get inside, but he wouldnt hurt Wlad I believe. Of course every time he is trying to get inside, Wlad could punish him with his jab or a right hand.
As much as I like Adamek, he is not in the class of Wlad. His heart will lead to him suffering more than he has to. And I don´t like to see that.
C'mon. We dont watch fights, beacuse we dont want to see fighters gets hurt. We watch fights, beacuse we want to see the show and have entertainment. I like Adamek and I have no problem when Wladimir hurts him, because its the risk calculated in his occupation (boxer). The more heart gives the fighter, then the fight is more entertaining :good
Wladimir would stop Adamek between rounds 6-8. Wladimir has too much size and reach, and he will be tagging Adamek with punches all night. Adamek may do decent for the first couple rounds but I don't see him sustaining through all the punishment. I feel bad for Adamek because he's really took the hard road to become a HW title contender. Adamek-Haye would be a better fight for Adamek and it's more interesting for the fans. Virtually we all see Wladimir beating Adamek.
I agree with bodhi Yes, i watch boxing for the entertainment obviously, but i watch for more reasons then to just see someone get hurt. i really wouldnt get entertainment from watching Adamek take on a man who he has no chance (IMO) of beating, and who has the heart to endure this beating until it could very well be a career changer, and in the worst case scenario, life changer. Its kinda sad actually to see an adamek fan having no problem with the amount of punishment he will recieve against wlad.... wlad is no briggs, and boxing isnt a game. Wlad could seriously hurt Adamek. Yes, obviously that is what fighters undertake everytime they step into the ring, but fighting someone like Wlad, isnt quite the same as fighting Briggs, Arreola, Cunningham or Dawson, and that line 'well thats the risk they take being boxers' has its limitations. Yes, this is the sport we love.... but the damage that Adamek might recieve this fight shouldnt just be applauded for the sake of his fans entertainment. At the end of the day though, yes.... Adamek has chose to compete at heavyweight, and hes not the type of warrior to turn down a shot at the man of the entire division im sure. If i was him id just go back down to cruiser. I understand that this is boxing and that this is part of our sport.... but one shouldnt look at the damage Adamek will get in this fight, or a fans worry over it, so cheaply. I guess i have so much reservations about this fight because i just dont think Adamek should be at heavyweight. its a testament to him that hes been able to compete effectively.... and its also a testament to wlad that after him, the competition is such that Adamek vs anyone else in the division seems like a fair fight, however, for whatever reason (well... tons actually) Wlad vs Adamek just seems like a complete and total mismatch to the point where i dont really want to see it because its a pretty pointless beating that Adamek very likely could get in a fight where (imo) he has no chance in. idk... its a tough case imo. I know im being a softy on this fight, that Adamek is competing at heavy and this is the nature of the sport. I realise this. But theres plenty of other worthy roads for Adamek to take, namely Vitali, and Haye. idk :think
Wladimir would hurt Adamek. :ko He's all wrong for him and is an extremely accurate puncher. Tomasz has not faced a heavyweight like that. Wladimir will exploit every hole in Adamek's game and win impressively. It would be a massacre, but Adamek has a shitload of heart. He'd do better against Vitali right now based on the age factor, imo. But he'd lose that one too. At least he'd give it a real shot though.
