Steady on there. I'm no glory hunter.

For the record, I think Lee has a much better chance of winning a world title than Macklin. In fact, I'd be shocked if Lee doesn't win one before he hangs his gloves up. I like Macklin too but if they ever faced I'd be behind Lee all the way.

My problem is that he is talking about the big fights not coming blah blah blah and now we find out he was offered a shot at a world title and he/his team refused it.

Hopefully two fights in two weeks will make some people over there sit up and take notice. Lee/Duddy, St Patrick's Day, NYC, now there's one to get the plane tickets for!

Thats **** news about Sweeney if its true.

On a different topic- is there any betting floating around on Frampton's fight this Saturday?

I've threw a few quid on a Brook, Degale, Macklin, Sexton, Maccarenelli, Cleverly, Hall accumulator at 18/1. Think its decent odds for a bit of fun and if even 5 of them came up I would be content enough!

Is Katie Taylor getting enough recognition in Ireland? I think she is the most dominant athlete in her sport and more dominant then any other contender in any sport inlcuding names like Woods/Federer/Williams/Argentina. Is that Biased of me. There is a female pro boxer in America called "The real million Dollar baby". I reckon if Katie ever turned pro she should be nicknamed "The Banshee" what ya reckon :)
