I honestly don't think that it will. There aren't any opponents out there that can get passed his jab, with the exception of David Haye. And considering David Haye's speed, accuracy, and punching power, I doubt Wlad would risk commiting to uppercuts. Wlad must seriously consider his chin to be a signficant liability because it is clear that he fights to protect it. Fortunately, there is no Frazier in the heavyweight division. Wlad will continue to dominate this crop of fighters. Unless of course Haye grows some balls. Honestly, I'm not sure too much anymore about the potential result of that fight because Haye's lack of courage discourages me a little from picking him, but from a tactical perspective, I slightly favor Haye in this match up or least make it a 50/50 fight.
I only dream about bangin bitches. Maybe in your dreams you dream about two dudes, but that's YOU. That's not me. That's YOU. YOU.
difference is, you dreaming i'm banging. all of the sudden you spoke about men. i didn't. think about this, try to remember your dreams. are they really bitches? :rasta
This thread has nothing to do with Wlad. Every time Klitscho wins, you get online to make these stupid threads. Fantasy fights are OK - we do that. Yours are pure spite. You are pathetic. A *****. It is very transparent and people notice.
You obviously think I have some sort of an agenda? Well why is it that I phrase Vitali? Vitali is the better fighter and it's as clear as day. That's why.
Peter is also quite a bit bigger than Frazier & he completely outboxed & beat Toney twice. That's just in case you try claiming Peter has no skill. Of course Frazier was faster than Peter but their punching power is roughly equal.
I'd say he's horribly underrated when matched up against punchers. He got brutally beaten by Foreman, one of the greatest punchers of all time and a stylistic nightmare, so people assume he gets beaten by anyone with power.
Beat a prime Ali (Arguably the greatest heavyweight of all time), and lost to him in 2 close fights. He also beat a whole host of top contenders on his way to winning the heavyweight title in a golden era for heavyweight boxing. Sure he had he flaws, but he was a great fighter nad had possibly the best left-hook of all time.
Who should I listen to? This Hendo ore hall of fame trainer Emanuel Steward that has worked up close with so many great fighters. He says anyone in boxing history would have problems againt klitschko, he says wladimir has the best footwork he's seen of a big man and I agree. And talking about punching power: If this man actually would just operate with close to 80%—he’s only operating with about 60%—he would be the most devastating heavyweight in the history of boxing because I’ve worked with him. Never, ever, ever have I been involved with a fighter who has so much one punch punching power. Even guys that knock somebody out—they get them hurt, they knock them down, they get them groggy—Wladimir is the only fighter I’ve ever worked with that everything can be normal like a big party—everybody is having champagne, on the floors, in the tuxedos, with the music—and the lights go off completely at one time. I mean it’s not like a gradual dimmer switch. I never saw anyone who knocked out people in a gym when they block punches and he did that about three weeks ago with a sparring partner—two weeks ago, prior to the fight. With a sparring partner he threw a left hook, the sparring partner blocked the punch and with twenty ounce gloves he was still knocked out. He has unbelievable one punch punching power and that’s why maybe he doesn’t put combinations together because he punches so effectively and with so much power with one punch, but his handicap and problem is he feints too much. He wants everything to be perfect—perfect balance, perfect this, and the last round he was a little overly aggressive, got out of position a few times, but to go three minutes with a guy with his power is like a lifetime because even if he just grazes you with a punch, you’re going to be hurt.” Emanuel Steward
Not at all, just good fighters with size, power & speed. Wlad has all of the above including a great, heavy jab. Sorry, I'd bet the house that Wlad KO's Smokin' Joe
There are tons of thread where Frazier is matched up with a less than great fighter, but because they might have some power everyone goes "Frazier gets KO'd in 5. If Foreman did it in two....." I'd say Ali was alot quicker in hand and foot than Wlad, and we all saw what happened in the FOTC. The size and power he has worries me more... I think this would be a difficult fight for both fighters. I wouldn't bet a dollar.
