tyson has a really good cheen , due to his physical stature neck size etc etc

    he wins this

His losses however are more due to the come forward youth style of fighting and thus more punches are to be expected guys like frazier too , they dont lose by points often

imagine lennox takeing the amount of punches tyson took v douglas for example, he wouldve been koed a lot quicker

Who has McCall or Rahman koed worth mentioning. The fact that Bruno was still there in the ring with McCall after 12 rounds should tell you that maybe Mccall wasnt a very big puncher.
Douglas wasnt a journeyman, he was ranked quite highly at the time, due to his wins over McCall and Berbick
I cant think of many hw's who could of took the beating that Tyson took in the Douglas fight either

-The ref stopped the fight against Lewis, because Tyson wasnt fighting back, it was a tko
-He quit due to a knee injury in the Williams fight, another tko
-Quit in the McBride fight, another tko
The only time he was properly koed would be in the Holyfield fight, where he was still vertical at the time of the stoppage and the Douglas fight

Both McCall and Rahman are borderline journeyman as well

WTF are you talking about? Tyson was counted out against Lewis after going down from a huge right hand. It wasn't stopped beacsue Tyson wasn't fighting back, he was barely on his knee at the count of 10 and he got counted out because he couldn't continue.

Both Lewis and Douglas both said they were purely amazed at how much punishment Mike could bottle.

Douglas in fact thought there was no way he was going to stop Mike, Lewis said Tyson felt his punches but not to the extent he thought he would, as he landed with full force repeatedly.

I'd say Mike Tysons chin is iron cast, the punches Bruno and Smith landed on him in the 80s were huge, and he didn't even budge, and they were as we know.. huge punchers.

He simply got outboxed and battered from pillar to post.

    Much better!

True. Tyson's chin is actually under rated even though it is rated highly.

Oh please. The overrating of Lewis gets more ridiculous every day. Now his shaky chin is comparable with Tyson's! :nut

Lewis's chin was a step or two above glass, Tyson's chin a step or two below granite. This isn't even CLOSE.

You never saw IRON Mike Tyson bombed out early by a couple of low level fighters when he was even NEAR the top of his game. In his prime, it took Douglas TEN ROUNDS to get him out of there!!

I would be curious as to how Lewis would have stood up if Bruno hit him with the same bomb that he hit Tyson with???

Tyson all the way, no disrespect to Lewis.

Took Douglas 10-11 rounds and at the end Mike still got up
Against Holyfield.....he was still standing at the end
Took Lewis 8 rounds to get the job done
Injured his knee against Williams, even then he took 30 odd unanswered punches and Williams is a pretty big puncher
Against Mcbride, i think he just sat down and gave up.
Tyson beats Lennox in every dept....apart from adaptability and resume...
