How DANGEROUS is Margarito???? VERY!!!

What are you talking about, The championship rounds definately went to Margarito in that fight man. And Williams had a pool ball under his eye lid once antonio started to get to him.

He just started off slow, and that incredibly long jab and work rate by Paul williams did him in the first go around.

Dont count Margo out, I think he could chop down Paul Williams in a rematch, just has to figure him out earlier.

Ill be honest, I dont think Williams has been tested. I dont think we know if he has a chin yet. But one thing we do know is that he lets bums hang around WAY TOO LONG for his incredible size, he should be getting guys out of there inside 4 rounds as big as he is and with his work rate. The only explination is that he has little punching power.

I think Cotto crushes williams, Mosley decisions williams, Margo KO's williams in a rematch.

I think Williams out boxes cintron, and the only interesting fight he could get into would be with PBF, because that would be a incredibly small guy with no work rate that has no punching power, vs. an insanely tall guy with a huge work rate that has no punching power.

Williams PBF might wind up being a game of cat and mouse with a lame SD.

I disagree actually. Margo definitely earned my respect in that fight and really put it on Williams late. :deal

 

Re-watch the fight Margo punched himself out in the 11th round and had no answer for Williams in the 12th. Williams took it to him in the last round and closed the show.:deal

You weren't impressed at all with Margo though. He showed great heart and determination I thought. Williams was peppering him all night and he just kept pressing, and for a while really was breaking Williams down. Williams also showed his heart by coming back in that 12th. I used to bash Margo a lot, I still think he'd be tattooed by Mayweather and Cotto, even Mosley....but he did better than I thought he was in that fight. :deal

 

I'll give Margo props for his toughness and stamina. I've always said Margo will beat most at 147 just not the elite there. I would favor Cotto, Williams, Mosley, PBF and even a new and improved Cintron over him.
