Sky took took the **** not showing Gavin last night

    They had time, every main fight on the bill ended early. Sky show all his fights up until now, but when he's fighting for his first title they don't? Idiots. :twisted:

    Incase you don't know already, Gavin won in five.

    They should have shown it for sure, if you're paying £15 for the privilege then they really need to be showing all of the stars on the card, and Gavin is a star.

    Don't get me wrong, it was still a very good card, but when you are putting a ppv show on with basically domestic fights then it's not too much to ask to have our only amateur world gold medalist being shown as well.

    They had plenty of spare time to show it! I enjoy watching prospectslike Gavin develop , if it wasn't ppv and they had to broadcast till a set time they would have shown it, but as it's ppv and they can shut off at any time, slightly ironic

    The show was called the 'Magnificent Seven'. They were never expected to show additional fights outside of the seven that were screened.

    The show was scheduled to last from 6pm-11pm and Macklins fight didnt finish till well after 11, so I'm not complaining.

    So you'll be happy just seeing haye and Harrison then?

    I'm not complaining I really enjoyed last night , it's just I thought it was scheduled till 12 and as there was half an hour left after macklin finished , oh well

    they did have plenty of spare time to show it, but they never do with these PPV events. they show what they intended to show and then say their goodbyes

    I don't see the point of NOT showing it. If there was a contract for just the 7 fights then fine, Sky can't do much else. But why would Warren not want Gavin to get some airtime? It just doesn't make any sense.

    No, because I'm not happy about the fight in the first place ;)

    There will be build-up for the undercard fights on that show in due time. Last night, the show was built around the seven fights they had highlighted and showcased throughout the build-up, so you really couldn't have expected to see 8/9 fights on the PPV.
