As a Reading fan I beg to differ, unless Cardiff build up their trouble specifically for when they come down to Berkshire :yep

I was sat in block 7 when it all went a bit wrong and to be honest, it wasn't as bad everyone is making out, this sort of stuff can happen at any arena at any boxing match,. I put it down to all the testosterone that emerges after a few drinks are downed resulting in the occasional few wanting to have a boxing match themselves. To clear things up no security were pushed off the balcony. I think LG arena handled it pretty well and it wouldn't put me off going again..:)

It's the British disease. Disgraceful really, but doesn't garner as much attention as football hooliganism so little will be done about it.

I was sat across from the trouble and it was caused by brum fans with a clear agenda. I am English yet have no issue chanting for welsh fighters or their countrymen chanting. It is no different from the Manc chants at Hatton fights.
These idiots should be ashamed and they are excuses for men...

No more fights in Birmingham Frank, we went years and survived

****ing morons, Glad i didnt bother going theres nothing worse than paying good money for an event like this only to have it ruined by these ****en brain dead idiots. ive been to shows where its been kicking off a few times and you just cant relax and enjoy the boxing. Thats why i dont really bother anymore. Even the local pro events small scale things around my way arent worth going to because every single time it kicks off between the footy lads.
It wouldnt be so bad but even if youre not looking for a scrap theyll try and drag you into it. At least if theyre gonna scrap they could do it umongst themselves and not involve all the other punters that arent there for trouble.
As someone said earlier its like a ****en disease in this country.

At the majority of sporting events where drink is sold there is bound to be scuffles here and there. It happens in pubs, nightclubs, geeze even on public transport but i wouldn't let it stop me from going out and watching a sport i enjoy. If everybody thought "sod that, it'll probably kick off" no one would leave their house! I think louts are a universal problem, every city and country has them unfortunately.

Yea, I've seen several posts in various places saying there was a general bad atmosphere at parts of that fight.

I know someone who went and didn't like the general hostility he felt whilst coming out of the gig.

A few years ago Wolves banned all Cardiff fans from attending Molyneux due to possible trouble and violence.

Not to say that Wolves fans are saints themselves, because they aren't.

When ****ing goalkeepers score 95th minute equalisers anything goes

In all seriousness, we've had some big followings coming to you the last few years, we've played you on Boxing Day and New years Day off the top of my head.

Then the 'idiot to fan' ratio increases so I'm not even gonna attempt to defend that.

95% of our bad press is unwarrented, we do have slip ups mind.

Cardiff are terrible every time they come down on a Saturday, they bring the most trouble by a mile. To be honest most clubs have a twatish element but some are obviously a lot worse then others.

I don't generalise I know not all the Cardiff bunch are bad in fact I had a real good time last season when I went down most of your fans are real frinedy and my cousin supports Cardiff. But trouble comes with Cardiff, because you do have one have one hell of a **** following. I remember back in 1998 when a female steward was knocked out by Cardiff fans, after Fed scored hundreds of your lot tried to storm the pitch and Reading ends. All fun and games eh :thumbsup
