If Shane Carwin couldn't stop Lesnar - then Velazquez will not stop him. He doesn't have the power to keep Brock off him. Lesnar will throw Cain down with a double and then brutalize him until the ref stops the fight.

I don't understand why people's main reason for thinking Cain's gonna win this fight is "conditioning". Did you even see Lesnar in round 2 against Carwin? I don't think he's gonna gas at all. He's the bigger fighter, he's got a better ground game, better GNP. Sure, Velasquez has heavy hands and better boxing but he's not gonna outstrike Lesnar I don't think and he's certainly not gonna hurt him anymore than Carwin did.

can a good small guy beat a good big guy? its the age old question.

they both have advantages - cain has better co-ordination, stamina, agility etc that is what a small guy should have advantages in. however brock has alot of small man advantages in speed, explosiveness etc

it also comes down to execution. brocks a bigger wrestler but randy had a decent amount of success for a small guy.

lesnar, i feel, will beat both cain an dos santos....to big, to strong, to much conditioniong..i dont see all this brock gassing stuff..the guys conditioning is superb, and although he hardly covered himslef in glory defending himself against carwins onslaught, he took the punches and won the fight...i think he beats both fighters then has big bucks rematch with a , presumeably, more experienced less likely to gas carwin.....i really think carwin is still the only guy with more than a 50/50 chasnce of beating lesnar....

and quick questio, how would you guys defending cains tat feel if lesnar, carwin, cro-cop or the like had white power tatoos....

Ive got Velasquez the favourite going into this fight if im completley honest !!!!!

I just have a feeling Lesnar will struggle to get hold of Cain and effectively keep him down and dominate him the way he has almost everybody else , Velasquez's speed , superior stand up , cardio and wrestling ability should be Brock's cryptonite :deal , in theory , i really dont see Lesnar catching Velasquez with anything meaningfull to hurt Cain on the feet , and the more angles and movement Velasquez applies the more difficuilt (as the fight wears on) it will be for Lesnar to secure the TD .

Bearing in mind all the time Velasquez will be putting on a stand up clinic on Lesnar :hey , i really dont see Lesnar beating him !!!!

Ive got Velasquez TKO 2 , late on , 4th minute , Lesnar eating a multitude of shots on his back :deal and Cain overwhelming him .............

By that im assuming you mean top game , not ground game ??? there is a difference

Lesnar would have to be considered amongst the lowest ranked HW's in the world in terms of a well rounded ground game (JJ being in play) ...........

I love Brock but something about Cain. The man is intense and while not technically as good a striker as JDS, hes just as fast and uses kicks.

    Im still leaning on Brock.

I'm backing Cain as well but I gotta be realistic here...Brock is just too strong for Cain IMO...I think Cain will put up a good fight but Brock will overcome adversity and our wrestle Cain.

IMO this is going to be a good scrap while it lasts.

White power is a huge difference from brown pride. White power is a known symbol of white racial superiority rather than just pride. A more accurate comparison would be if cro-cop had a croation pride tattoo.
