Too bad Floyd never fought anybody great in their prime so there is nothing to even compare. He has no chin and throws no combinations and needs an older or less quality opponent to execute his gameplan. Mosley in his prime would have knocked Floyd out.

I think Kid Gavilan is as bad a style match-up for Mayweather as Hearns and I think that Burley is possibly even worse. De La Hoya would also beat him prime for prime, in my opinion.

if Floyd fought in that era....the highest he'd move up would MAYBE be 140.

No way he touches 147...to big too good......still would have had some helluva fights from 140 - 130.

You all forget Castillo out weighed Floyed by 30 pounds in the first fight.but in the rematch you saw what happened. Jesus chavez got his ass kicked too. Auturo Gatti he's considered an old school type fighter look at what floyd did to him. You all thought Mosley was about to give Floyd hell and it was easy work. Shane hit Floyd twice and at the end of the second round Floyd was coming back. You guys hate Floyd because of his attitude, but let's look at his skills. He sticks to his game plan and he's very discipline and he's the best counter puncher ever
