    Over at The Scene

Looks like Alfredo Angulo is being taken back to Mexico.

The Immmigration and Customs Enforcement agency of the federal government, will remove the 19-1, 16 KOs slugger out of the United States and send him back to his native country of Mexico.

Basically HBO have supposedly advised Gary Shaw that they will not televise Angulo as he's in the country illegally.

Bob Arum told Micheal Marley that now nobody will touch the guy.

Angulo supposedly never told no one and was at the Mosley fight and didn't seem to have a care in the world.

    Marley went on to say
It's a fight he cannot win. He's going back home to Mexico.

Full Story over at the Scene.

What a shame, he was great to have in the mix in the 154 division, even if them lads aren't fighting each other at the moment. Surely Arum could have got this sorted for him. He'll get no big fights back in Mexico.

Well it wouldn't matter anyways cos he's getting sent back home so the fight wouldn't of happened anyways. Doubt Martinez would go to Mexico now he's a top player in the game.

You'd write him off after that? He'd just won an eliminator at LMW and has only fought 19 fights, hardly a big deal to jump into fighting the MW champ and a P4P fighter.

Bob Arum says no-one will touch the guy now? this is the same Bob Arum who vehemently defends Margarito at every opportunity and has been instrumental in getting him an undeserved license and title shot?

Well, you know the attitude the inward-looking, parochial Yanks take towards what they term as "illegal aliens". Angulo is now a big criminal under applicable United States law.
